I WILL BE DOING 100 ART REQUEST FROM 100 DEVIANTS FOR FREE.

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about so many things, particularly, my future. One night, while counting flocks of flying sheep to put myself to sleep, rain of questions started popping out from my head. And as I try to answer them to myself one by one, I've realized that I can't answer one question. Its a question often asked during interviews from the best schools/companies- and by that, you should know that I have a dream to reach the top (whatever that means). As an artist, I only feel the essence of my existence from the excitement, adventure, and most of all the challenge every piece brings, so by doing one piece in a week makes my skills dull-makes me feeling weak. Like almost everyone, I dream big, but I know the reality that my skills aren't sufficient enough. That is why my lifelong mission is to fill that gap for me to pursue such dream no matter how far it is.


The 100 works of art that I will be doing for 100 different deviants will help me stir my artistic senses for how long this project may go. This seemingly reckless decision to give free art, will help me learn to endure more hardships in an artist's life.I believe that this project's importance comes from juicing out everything while learning something. This is a project where I plan to learn in leaps while really understanding it in an extremely slow pace. It's meditation with someone's vision. Although 100 works won't make me fill the gap, this project only aims to answer the stupid question " What do you think have you done that other people(artists) haven't? ".



- PROJECT PROCESSING -


If you think you like my work or is at least 'OK' to your taste reference, then you can join the 100 deviants for a free art.
The 100 request will be divided into 20 batch. I'll be accepting 5 requests at a time. The signal for the next participants will be my journal asking for the first next 5 people to describe their original character (OC).


-MECHANICS ON HOW TO JOIN-

You need to describe me a single character from your imagination, through a few sentences. If you have already done a personal illustration, then it would be great. If it is a fan-art from an anime/show its still fine with me . Its a one time opportunity, so I hope you don't waste it.

In an outline/ set of sentence, you need to describe the physical features, genre, attitude, feel,and finally the color(+other attributes would be better) of your character.

Per batch (5) may take at least a week or two to finish. And remember, THE FIRST FIVE TO POST IN MY JOURNAL (entitled: Batch#_ )will be the one's to be accommodated first. Also note that all characters will be placed in a white background.

Remember its always the first 5, so every time I update my journal you at least need to reply. A simple, "me please" would be okay. I will be pleased if you can help me gather other deviants who might want to join for me to fill the 100 deviants.

Remember you need not to pay anything. Don't worry I don't need money, or anything. But if you want to give me something in exchange - I will then be grateful. But what do I really get from this?

Not only that your art will be free, I will also be giving exclusive privilege rights on my art to my participants to repost the finished piece they requested in their own gallery only if it is properly addressed /linked to my DA account. They may use it as an ID,Wallpaper,webcam etc.- whatever they want as long as I am noted. While this privilege will be given, I will not, on the other hand, be allowing editing, printing or reproduction of such pieces for I still hold the Copyright. I hope that by reading this you understand that I am generously giving you 'free'/'gift' work but not total ownership on the piece.
